My greatest wish is that Gleyber keeps getting big hits and gets on all the highlight shows to make him desirable to other franchises. That, and an undeserved low error total could make him quite valuable. Thanks, Gleyber!… |

Notice: The Pueblo Fire Department is standing by while the restaurant is cooking my steak… they’re calling it a controlled burn. They’ve evacuated the building except for us and a group they’re doing that stupid birthday clap for… At the suggestion of my server, I allowed my steak to be butterflied. The idea is that it’s supposed to be easier to cook well done without charring the outside of the meat and making it too dry. Sigh. They charred it anyway. It was just a bit too dry. A bit disappointing. I saw that they charred the outside of Ruthie’s a bit (medium-well). I think mine would have been fine if I hadn’t allowed the butterfly… I also had shrimp, and 3 of the 4 were a bit mushy. Not real bad, but noticeable. The last one was delicious at least. I also got steak fries. There was no steak in any of them!… 🤓 |
