It is below .275. No good… Where've you been, Ingerson? Had to run to get some spaghetti so we could make it for supper. I got here in the 3rd, but was tending to other matters at the time, including eating that spaghetti. I saved back just enough to make a spaghetti sandwich or two tomorrow or Saturday. We’re traveling tomorrow, so probably a Saturday sammy… It’s sad in a way. We have this real estate agent and we tell her we’re looking for a lot for $25K or less. There’s one for $22,800 that has a Mountain View that’s blocked by the neighbors huge metal barn, so we hate it. Then there’s another one right at $25,000 that’s sorta okay. So then I have to be the one that sees one for $25,900 that looks really sweet on line. And I spy one for $28K that’s not bad. As a former salesperson, I can’t excuse anyone not telling me about either one of those two lots, but I can understand maybe thinking that $28K was too high. Sort of. But the one $900 over my quoted limit should have been reported to me and let me make the choice to spend more or walk away. You have to do everyone’s jobs for them. So, we’re going to look at these two lots tomorrow… |
