What was your workout like? Strength training? Cardio? That's what it was! Strength training then an elliptical workout. I have a little groin issue right now, so I'm running less, which is really annoying. How's your fitness going? Nice! Sucks about the groin issue. Maybe you can ask Gary Sanchez for some tips?
I'm not quite the marathon man you are but I'm walking 3 miles a day on days I'm not lifting weights! Feeling pretty good!
