I've never had a Ring Ding. I do recall that George Costanza was a fan. No sense eating one now… Stay away… poison… I'd try one, since everyone here has done it. You know me, I'm big on peer pressure. |

I was just kidding about Ring Dings. I doubt my father knew what they were. But he did eat Tastykakes, mainly out of Philly civic pride. The best Tastykake was probably those little chocolate Tandy’s. Followed by the peanut butter Tandy’s…then the full-sized doughnuts…chocolate, of course… Juniors weren’t bad, and you got a lot of cake for your money… About 25 years ago they changed the name of Tandytakes to Kandykakes. I liked Juniors myself. Also the lemon pies and spice bars. |

Dylan Bundy was a legendary high school pitcher. Three times he was named Oklahoma player of the year. In his senior year he struck out 75 percent of the batters he faced, had a 0.25 ERA and was already throwing 100 MPH. Yeesh. Amazing stats. |

I was more of a Ring Ding man myself… Twinkies with that pure lard in the center missed the mark for me. I had one here and there… I've never had a Ring Ding. I do recall that George Costanza was a fan. Costanza always got it right. |
