My Lazy Sunday schedule today:
1:20 PM Wake up 1:35 PM Turn on Yankees Game 1:40 PM Order Ice Cream 2:15 PM Eat Ice Cream 3:00 PM Finally get around to brushing my teeth
Perfect Sunday!
Sounds like an undergrad schedule Kaybli. Nice work if you can get it.😉 I remember my senior year in college I had to set my alarm for 11:30 AM so I could get some lunch before trudging off to class.

Sounds like a balanced diet Rizz. We had an Eggs Benedict brunch at my sister's place today. I was entrusted with the solemn responsibility of making the Mimosas, and if I do say so myself I handled that complicated operation flawlessly.

Gift triple for Happ on what should have been scored a double and an error.

Another one from the weird injury file. Villar was using one of those resistance bands and it snapped and hit him in mouth knocking out some of his teeth. He had to have oral surgery and missed games.

And, no one is happier for Higgy Pop than Trevino. Much better clubhouse since they jettisoned Sandwich and Clint Cookie-Cutter Frazier. Was Sanchez ever a problem in the clubhouse? A lot of his teammates looked happy to see him in Minnesota. You don't have to be a malcontent to provide negativity organizationally. Sandwich thought he deserved to start irrespective of his performance behind the dish or at the plate. Two years in a row he lamented in the press not understanding why he was not starting down the stretch or in the playoffs. It was likely the elephant in the room that no one wanted to deal with - Sandwich was clueless and brought zero to the ballpark with him when he was not hitting, which was all too often. I'll take the occasional storm vs. daily humidity. The first can be weathered, the second just saps your energy.

Yeah, it's tough filling a champagne flute half with orange juice and half with Veuve Clicquot. It takes a steady hand and intense concentration.🍾

In Lousiana, they will substitute the Canadian bacon with crabmeat or shrimp or any matter of slowly roasted cuts of beef or pork. Mimosas are refreshing, but I suppose you were only tending and not imbibing?

Upcoming bear of a schedule: 3 against Tampa, 3 against Toronto, 3 against Tampa, 4 against Houston. That will be a grind for sure. We can't expect to keep playing .900 ball or whatever it is.

Mimosas are refreshing, but I suppose you were only tending and not imbibing? I've had it with the crabmeat and I agree it's great. Anything with crabmeat is great IMO. And I have never had a problem both tending and consuming. Multitasking at its most refined.
