Not a good approach on offense today. Should have worked counts more as the Astros bullpen is already tired coming into the game.

He's been fearless as he gets Altuve to get the Astros 1-2-3.

Nice play by Gleyber. Marinaccio is a keeper. Honestly, the prospect of having Britton and German come back worries me. Britton is not what he used to be and nibbles too much at times and cannot throw that sinker for a strike very often, which means batters have to chase out of the zone to be super effective. I think Chapman will be fine if he's healthy, but I'm not sure about the other two. I'd hate to see Marinaccio be sent down.

I don't even really trust Chapman at this point. Britton is a question mark. I'm more interested in Loaisiga coming back.

Chapman is much maligned, but the only time he's problematic is when his mechanics change, usually due to some injury- he just never complains until something is really wrong. He's a horse. Chapman throwing 94 mph fastballs was due to the injury. Never lose sight of 100 mph fastballs paired with a slider and a forkball for a reliever. That is rare, and Yankee fans have been spoiled by great closers for a long time. Like him or not, he's putting together a Hall of Fame career.

German doesn't belong on this team and I'm tired of the high wire acts from Britton & Chapman.

I just wouldn't trust him in high leverage situations right off the bat. Let him work his way back in.

That depends upon how healthy Chapman is, if his arm is built up where it needs to be, and most importantly if Holmes continues to be lights out. I don't worry about Chapman if he's healthy and ready. I kept wondering why so many times this season, Chapman entered the game without sweat dripping off of him like a deodorant commercial, which it usually is. I bet he was not able to push off of that achilles like normal all that time.

Rats. That slider was the one to mash. And maybe that fastball up too.
