What are you looking at Stanton? You got to slam that 3-1 pitch. As he pops the next one up.

Thank goodness for David Cone and not Beltran.

I'm only getting the Boston broadcast. Has the Yankees crew mentioned Rizzo's status? Still day to day with back spasms. Hopeful to get back this series sometime.

Thank goodness for David Cone and not Beltran. Oh thank the good lord. I don't know how much more Beltran I could take.

It obviously hurts missing Judge and Rizzo. On the other hand, Boston is without Sale, Eovaldi, Whitlock, Hill and apparently Wacha too. So that levels the field a bit. Good point. Why do their position players never get injured though? Can't answer that Kaybli. It does seem like their position players typically are pretty durable, but they get their share of pitching woes.

Donaldson beats the shift with a single to right field.

I wonder if they rest them all time like the Yankees do? Doubt it. Devers and Bogaerts have each sat only three games. Story and Verdugo only six. Among their big guns JD Martinez has missed the most games with ten. Kike Hernandez is the only position player on the IL.

When I was in fourth grade, my friend Carl Bishop and I would say things in Ms. Menard's class to tease her, like "Son of a pitched me out the window" and "Got damp and caught a cold" and "Kiss my asteroid"...things like that to get her to think we were going to use profanity.
