Another easy inning for Cole. Hey Matt, how are you feeling since your stint on the IL? Has your energy and stamina returned? rizzuto, feeling better every day, but still have trouble breathing on occasion. I've been walking dogs every day, I believe that's help me a lot with stamina. Allergies are bad right now, so coughing and sneezing hurt like a you know what. Thanks for asking. Love this site. |

Good to hear you're progressing in the right direction, my friend. Walking will definitely assist you in the short and long run. When I was playing tennis in California two to three times per week, a friend of mine in his mid-70s always told me, "Each time you come out here, you're lengthening your life." I predict you'll find as your lung surgery heals, your breathing capacity will improve. And, allergies certainly are not helping right now in that regard. Keep moving, my friend! That's the key! |
