Entering the game, Stanton is batting around the .210 mark. His career worst previous to this was .240 in 2016. The following year he hammered 59 HR. Maybe he’ll make a big comeback next year, huh?…

Wow, I see Andujar was the DFA player. It’s about time. Let him move on. He needs a prolonged opportunity that he’s not going to get in NY… Definitely time. Ever since his outstanding rookie year in 2018, Andujar has put up an OPS+ of 55. Admittedly he's been injured a lot, but he'll be 28 years old before next season begins. It's getting late for him. |
