Wow, I missed that melodrama. The strange thing is that I wasn't the least bit peeved with him. He saw something in my syntax that created a constant burr under his saddle. One of those syntax thin skins eh? Those guys are brutal. |

I saw a video with people riding those souped up dune buggies like the one he was riding on his fatal journey. To think of him out there at age 91 driving one of those is amazing. They are just monster machines…

Wow, I missed that melodrama. You were traveling, I suppose. There was a stretch where Utah made some power plays here, trying to gain control of language, and objecting to an auto-edit that Kaybli made. When he finally returned he was much more contrite. But he still hated Rizzuto… he tried to hide it, but it was too obvious… 😂 This forum isn't big enough to hide in. I never saw Utah's power play. I just remember how oddly defensive he was about PED users. For such an old school guy, that seemed incongruous. |

Bader appears to make quick reads at balls right at him, which is tough to do. Hicks just melts on those.

Bader appears to make quick reads at balls right at him, which is tough to do. Hicks just melts on those. Yeah I noticed that last night when he was doing the cool mic interview. He'd twitch to the left or right when the bat hit the ball, no matter what the ball ended up doing. |

My memory may be sketchy, but I thought it was the two of them going at it on the PED issue. I was always with Ban on the PED issue, but especially after those studies came out that HGH improved eyesight, reaction-time, strength, and recovery time after working out. |

But that did lead him to PM me angrily, and when I stood my ground… which was just to say it seemed odd that he had that viewpoint… That’s when he left… |
