Geez, another line drive right at a Cleveland.

Gibson would have drilled this guy. Drysdale would have drilled this guy. Inger would have drilled this guy. Seriously, when they explained the reason Naylor does this -- telling the pitcher you're my baby -- it's worse than the usual childish "look at me" act that goes with these outbursts. Not tonight, but if there is a reasonable time later, this guy needs to take one in the ribs.

I've seen these antics on the basketball court - another reason I don't watch anymore - and it supposedly mimics having to carry around gigantic cajones.

Francona has a lot of advantages over Boone that have nothing to do with the bullpen. I was thinking the exact same thing when Costas brought that up. I'm sure millions of Yankee fans were.

Stupid baserunning but he got away with it.

Terrible time for a Bader error.

I wanted the change up away, Cole. Bader turns the single into a double.

Stupid baserunning but he got away with it. That was great base-running, exactly how you coach it.

Too many pitches for Cole.

That was great base-running, exactly how you coach it. Down two runs, he barely made it. More lucky than great. You are taught to beat your ass to first, round to second, and watch for a bobble by the outfielder and go. Exactly what he did, and what all these guys for Cleveland do.

Solid job by Cole. Only the rain and Naylor got to him.

Cole does the ace thing when Yanks needed it.
