But this one's on Judge and Rizzo for not being able to get the runner in from third with less than two outs in the 8th.

Did I miss anything? Just arrived home. We jumped on Bieber early but should have got more than two runs in the first. He proceeded to shut us down the rest of the game. German struggled. We should have tied the game in the 8th after Gleyber's leadoff triple/Straw misplay but Judge had a popup check swing, Rizzo struck out, and then Stanton struck out. Sucky game all around. |

The game for 4/11 is not one I’ll be viewing. Anniversary #12. The only thing the lady wants is to go to dinner in a nearby town. The place she’s selected has eat-in seating, paper plates, and damned tasty food at a reasonable price. We’ve been there three times and always leave satisfied. The menu is an odd mix of American-Mexican-Italian, so something for almost everyone, no snails on the plate goodness.
You guys have fun. I added this to the 4/10 game thread so you couldn’t make it a game thread start. I want to keep my perfect record of not starting any game threads since my debut season of 2005. I have resisted temptation, refused requests, and otherwise suffered for this record, and I’d have to stop it here. Eighteen seasons of hard work shall not be denied!
In fact, this disclaimer is hereby written: This post is not to be used as a game thread starter under any circumstances. If it is used as such, I will then execute my retirement from the forum. No trickery! .
Thankfully, I no longer suffer from paranoia. It’s true! I’ve found a way to rather enjoy my paranoia…🤓
