Yeah, that 1998 team was great, but they couldn't really compete in today's game with the bigger, stronger, and faster athletes and all the training and defensive metrics.

So far the highlight of this game has been the replay of the Tino -- Benitez brawl. Great to Graeme Lloyd wailing on some Oriole. Tino was not the same for at least a month or so after that pitch. Benitez was a thug. I watched that game at my friend Joe Simas' house. Great memory Rizz. And I concur on Benitez. Remember he was briefly with the Yankees later. In fact a lot of Yankee connections on that 98 Baltimore staff -- Mussina, Key, Kamieniecki, some others I am not recalling.
