We’re having dinner out. Might not make it back before this one is over. We’ll see. I could use a night off at this point. I don’t want to throw anything at the TV 📺… They seriously need to update that TV emoticon. 1970’s model Quasar… Where are you guys going for dinner? Nowhere too special. I wanted to try a little place out here with a Cajun theme, but they’re closed on Mondays. We thought about an Italian place that’s in a refurbished Episcopalian church, but I thought if I walked in it might go up in flames. We settled on Chili’s. Ruth got a chicken fajita, I got the shrimp fajita. Quite tasty for chain fare. Of course I eat like a gringo. Lots of left over peppers and onions left over. Didn’t touch the guacamole 🥑… |
