Handicapped parking is so horribly abused. I guy I know had a hip replaced. He feels better than he has in 20 years, climbs up in roofs, etc..But he parks in handicap parking 🅿️ spots every time… had the placard. Whose fault is that? His, of his doctors?…
Kentucky was unbelievable. So many 600 pound people in those spots and cruising the Wal-Mart in those poor little electric carts. I’m wondering how many ran out of power before they finished their shopping. All right in the middle of the aisles, and not shy about backing up if they missed something…
