Pretty strange comment coming form a guy that gets paid to watch this team play games. Has he not noticed how great their pitching has been? They usually don't need to score a lot to win games, sure it will be tough without Judge but teh can still win games. Still have the best bullpen era and top 5 in overall era. Top 10 in runs. Also I said yesterday the rays orioles Yankees and Astros all have played to about the same record since the rays 13-0 start which is roughly 50 games ago. Judge has missed what 15 of those 50 games? Yet they are still keeping the pace with all those teams? They should be ok. To pass the Rays they are going to need judge back but I don't think he's going to be gone longer than a month total and he's already been gone almost a week of that month. There's no reason they can't be second in the division by the time he comes back. I don't buy the Orioles with a sketchy starting rotation are better than the judgeless Yankees for the next 2-3 weeks. The orioles are 10th in era in the Al and 18th in mlb. I used to love Yanks vs Suxs but it's just not the same with the new hatred with Astros, Rays, and Jays.

Meredith Marakovits looks like she was towering over Anthony Volpe in the pre-game interview. I think she is 5-11 At least Anthony, and with heels she is well over six feet. When she was working in Philly maybe ten years ago I chatted with her when she was doing her radio broadcast at a local sports bar. I'm 6'4" and I was pretty much eye to eye. |
