At least we have the prototypical table setter leading off. If he gets on first base, he's guaranteed to stay at first unless someone knocks him in with a triple or better. You have to love that speed at the top two spots of the lineup.

You have to love that speed at the top two spots of the lineup. Four of the first five guys in that lineup run with a piano on their backs, and the one guy who doesn't is never quite sure where he is or what he should do at any given moment. If he even decides to run.

lol, they could have called Peraza and started him to see if it gave the team spark, instead we get a reliever Boone will never use unless the game is a blow out. Stuff like this makes me think the Yankees really do plan to use Peraza as trade deadline bait and don't want to expose him to major league pitching in case he does poorly and loses some value. The fact that he’s got zero MLB time and his clock hasn’t started is probably the demotivating factor to called up Peraza. It’s always money over winning…

You have to love that speed at the top two spots of the lineup. And then there’s Torres who sometimes thinks he’s faster than he is. You also have to watch to make sure he’s running the bases in the right direction…

Apparently this is for “Wet grounds”. Any word in a start time? Sounds like a drainage issue…
