Where did you order from at 1:40 AM? There's a few joints in my area that are open until like 3 AM on a Saturday. Its just a decent pizza place called Fedalo's Pizza.
My order is late though. Not here yet. 
Edit: It finally arrived. Wasn't bad. Best you can hope for at 3 in the morning.
