They may yet turn things around, but up to now this team is the most excruciating Yankee team to watch since that 2013 fossilized squad of Lyle Overbay and Jayson Nix and Travis Hafner and Kevin Youkilis and an ancient Ichiro and A-Rod and Jeter at the end of the line. This. |

Rutschman loves hitting against the Yankees. I would be shocked if that guy doesn't have a stellar career. He looked ready almost from the get-go. The Orioles have a lot of other good-looking young players -- Henderson, Mountcastle, Westburg, Hays. Even Mullins and Santander are only 28. They should be a problem for awhile. Yes, I would enjoy Baltimore returning to prominence, while Boston occupies last place.  |

Volpe has some punch for his size. He can put a charge in the ball. I really wish the Yankees would DFA Donaldson and bring up Peraza. More athleticism on the bases, great glove and great arm for third base, and just as much or more pop than Donaldson. The could also play IKF at third, at least while he's hitting. 3rd is his best position, then bring up Florial to play LF. |

any pitch greater than 89 mph Donaldson can't hit. 93mph meat pitch and he pop's it up. |
