I couldn’t own a postage stamp up there for the $523 I paid for 11.6 acres this year… 😂 lol. You have so much land! This is the third time I’ve owned more than 10 acres. MD was the small one at 3.76 acres… and one time at 1/2 acre… |

Lol, that was the property tax. There are five acre lots going for $4,999 in Costilla County. No water. No electricity. But the land is there. The homesteaders down there are a tough lot of people, living amongst the wild horses… |
