The baseball IQ of this team is well below 80. Just Gleyber takes it down one standard deviation.

No longer takes cash, great business model. I would think that it is actually illegal to refuse "legal tender"? The White Sox & Cubs no longer take cash at their concession stands or vendors, credit/debt cards only. That sort of makes sense because of the time it takes to make change with cash paying customers, but in your situation, not at all.

Yikes. That sucks.
I'm a landlord for a couple of apartments and I use apartments.com to collect my rent. Comes right out of their bank account every month. Tenants have never had a problem in my 7 years of owning rental properties. How much is it to rent your apartments, Kay? One of them is open now! 2300 a month:
Come move in, rizz!
The other one is occupied by a tenant. 1900 a month.

I didn't see it. Was making sure my rent was paid. Strange, my apartment complex will no longer take cash, a personal check, a debit card, or a credit card. You either have to get a Cashier's Check or use their third party cell phone APP. The APP, of course, is trash and has glitches, so I do it on line now with the APP's website. PITA. Writing a check was faster and easier. Management told me, "Checks bounce." My reply, "Not mine. I've never bounced a single check in my life, and you gladly accepted them for a year and a half." Then, the self-assured, self-absorbed generation Z'er told me just to drop by her office, and she'll fix the APP on my phone in two minutes. I was there for an hour, and she gave up, saying "I didn't know there was a problem with the APP." Yes, you did, you moron, which is why you so confidently told me it would take you two minutes to fix. Of course, I didn't say that, just thought it and gave her a look of comical shame and said, "Uh, huh," then walked away while she tried to bury her face in her computer monitor. Yikes. That sucks.

I've had 5 properties over the years with some help from my parents. Three in NJ, one in Queens, one in Virginia. I sold three of them though.

Kaybli - it says no pets! I pay just under that ($2150) for a one-bedroom in Grand Prairie, Texas! Don't I get the HeAmyHa discount?

It actually shouldn't read no pets. Thats a mistake. My realtor's been taking plenty of applications with pets. Pet friendly apartment complex.

That’s pretty reasonable for that neck of the woods Kaybli. Do you provide turndown service?

That’s pretty reasonable for that neck of the woods Kaybli. Do you provide turndown service? Yea I could probably push the rent to 2500 a month but I prefer to undercut the competition to get more applicants. The apartment was built in 2019 too, so relatively new.
JoeBee performs turndown service.

It's funny that all the cupboards, bathroom cabinets, vanity lights, and fixtures are seemingly identical to the first house that Sarah and I bought in 1997. I like the fact that there is a gas stove!
