Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Those high ERAs have got me scared.
8 IP 2 runs incoming.
When's the last time the Yanks faced an elite pitcher? This bad streak they're on has come against the bottom of the barrel of starting pitching.

It's true. I had been waiting for Inger's fan review! Speaking of reviews, I have acquired the Stubbs original BBQ sauce. We’re having popcorn chicken tonight, so I’ll be giving it a go. I took a small taste test on my fingertip a while ago. Not as sweet as the Sweet Baby Ray’s original. A bit smokier and quite savory. Popcorn chicken (The Perdue is better than Tyson IMO) and seasoned potato wedges. I dip both in BBQ sauce but due to diabetes I only dip lightly. I kind of prefer a lighter dip anyway. I just checked the labels. True to what I thought, the sugar is much lower in the Stubbs. Also lower in carbs, which is a dietary plus for me. I did try the BBQ sauce that Sierchio was selling on line for a while. It was 0 sugar and low carbs. It was “okay”. I liked it quite a bit at first, but it was missing “zing”. BBQ got to have zing. He’s out of business by the way due to virtually no sales. The only way to find out about was being his FB friend. No advertising. No shelf space, just online ordering.. Update: Stubb’s BBQ sauce review: Comparing to Sweet Baby Rays. There is no comparison. Completely different product. Thinner, less sweet, more smoky. Healthier. I’m not 100% sold on the taste, but I own an entire bottle now and am not one to waste. I think it will be an acquired taste, and given the potential health benefits I won’t be going back to SWR. What wax wrong? Nothing, really. Maybe a bit too tomato like at first taste, but I do like the spices. Not what I was expecting, but a good good product. Amidst the earlier controversy of Aunt Jemima, etc. it’s interesting to note that old man Stubbs is still on his bottle and how much of America’s best foods have come from black cooks and creators. I know a white truck driver back in MD that that always looks for black cook outs in the south for his dinner. He swears by the culinary talents of the southern blacks, az well ax their generosity. He offers to pay for his portions and usually is told to just pull up a chair. He’s a great story teller, so I’m sure he pays them back with his takes of the road, and learns mores from them to share elsewhere…

After being swept by the Los Angeles Angels and losing 7–3 Wednesday night, they may now face an additional challenge with the potential loss of starting center fielder Harrison Bader. The Bombers’ offensive struggles were already evident, and Bader’s absence could add to their predicament. Bader was hit in the back by a 95 mph sinker during Wednesday’s game, resulting in a posterior rib contusion. Although the tests came back negative, such contusions can sideline a player for weeks. Bader’s injury was visibly severe, evidenced by a substantial welt at the impact site. Bader’s Performance Woes and Impact on the Yankees Outfield Bader’s recent performance hasn’t been encouraging, with a .243 batting average, a .276 on-base percentage (OBP), seven homers, 31 RBIs, a 16.2% strikeout rate, and a mere 3.2% walk rate this season. His weighted runs created plus (wRC+) of 88 has been on a steady decline. If he’s placed on the injured list, it will deal a significant blow to the Yankees’ outfield, which has already been stretched thin. However, Bader’s numbers are even less impressive in July, with a .180 batting average, a .232 OBP, and a .280 slugging percentage. Despite these lackluster stats, his aggressive plate approach aimed at hitting homers and making quality contact is notable. Although his hard-hit rate of 28.1% is the second lowest in his career, his launch angle of 18.9% — the highest in his career — highlights his intent to elevate the ball.
