Certainly this is hindsight, but why not start German and have Brito just in case he gets hurt or falters? I cannot believe German was scratched and is pitching in this game. I don't know if you heard Kay speculate that German may have been part of a trade that fell through. Plausible. Must have missed it while I put a load of clothes in the washing machine. Then, why the armpit subterfuge? Wouldn't hamstring tightness or back spasms have been a more b-flat disguise? |
