When Judge isn't hitting, 2-0 almost seems like a insurmountable lead. So true. A quick review of the Yankees 2023: The great teams have players in the bench that could probably start for other teams. This team had players in the starting lineup much of the season that wouldn’t even be in MLB on the bottom feeders. Sure, we had IKF, who could start elsewhere. The plethora of Bauers, McKinney, Franchy, Donaldson, Allen. All players who would have at most minimal roles elsewhere and all with starting stints in NY… This is dead on Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

A quick look at the Sox lineup shows their worst hitter has a .246 average. Only 2 Yankees have an average above that. No wonder they've scored 100 runs more than the Yanks.
