Some tips to keep up with threads:
A. Clicking on the new icon will take you to your first unread post of that thread. B. Clicking on the thread title will take you to the first post of that thread. C. Clicking in the Last Post cell will take you to the last post of that thread (which is the most recent post made in that thread).
Clicking A, the new icon, is really helpful to read where you left off.

Well if VanMeter wasnt the end of Torres ... Rojas certainly will be !! I mean these guys all have to be a massive upgrade over Gleyber My biggest fear is that these depth moves mean they are gonna try to trade peraza and keep torres and if that happens then soto is likely a one year rental Signing Soto is not linked to signing Gleyber

Instead the smart move is to Trade Torres while we can get someone decent as a return. Yankees are in it to win it this year ... they are not trading Gleyber to play a .190 hitter in his place. They would rather go for it and lose Gleyber to free agency then trade him a kill their chance of a WS this season

Rangers (90 Wins) and Dbacks (84 Wins) were 18th and 20th respectively in team ERA last season ... Yankees were 10th despite losing Rodon, Nester and half their BP to injuries and without the addition of Stroman Rangers didnt have 1 SP reach 30 Starts and used 10 Different starters throughout the Season Dbacks used 14 SPs. They had 2 Solid Starting pitchers and the rest of the Rotations was a disaster Neither of these teams has a pitcher as good as Cole or a healthy Rodon Winning the World Series is all about making the postseason and getting hot at the right time ... Yankees will make the postseason if they can stay relatively healthy

I am still am not convinced they have enough pitching , especially when 4 of the 5 guys in their rotation have been injury prone over the last few years

Why does he look more like a 3rd base coach than a player?

Missed opportunity by the Yankees to sign one of the best, if not the best Closer in MLB. If the Yankees didn't make a competitive offer to Hader, not signing him might be the blunder of the off season.
