The Red Sox just fired their GM. Earlier this week the Mets hired a new chief of baseball operations. Most organizations hold management to standards and there's accountability. Then there's the Yankees, where Cashman has a job for life.

Yanks losing 1-0 in the 4th.
They are 2 for 14 so far at the plate and overall are dead last in MLB in team batting average. Only the Royals, A's and White Sox have a lower team OBP the Yanks, hard to believe the team's lineup has fallen this far.

Despite Gleyber’s error count he’s looked flashy out there at times, Volpe may win a gold glove. Donaldson and DJ both flashed a lot of leather at 3B and Peraza is pulling his weight as an out of position guy… |
