What’s worse? Allowing the 10 runs, or Lyles getting the first 10 outs without a whimper?… Allowing the 10 runs.

Maybe the team is just distracted. After all, it's Kansas City and they got some crazy little women there...

No hitter is over after Judge walks and Gleyber singles to left.

Well, at least we found our long term catcher.

Stupid Gleyber hesitates on throwing to first for the double play. 10-0 Royals. Another no-error mistake from Torres. The biggest problem with Gleyber is that he's never prepared before a pitch. Everyone on defense should know who is at the plate and how much power he has and how fast of a base runner he is and they should know what they're are going to do if the ball is hit to them. That never happens with Torres, it's like he just plays and reacts afterwards, never prepared before the pitch is thrown. It's annoying because it's so easy to fix yet it keeps happening. The epitome of a million dollar talent in a body with a 10 cent head…

This reminds me of the first year I moved to Chicago, some friends and I went on a weekend road trip to Kansas City for a Yankees/Royals game. We went to a rib joint after the game and had a great time...although we didn't meet any crazy women.

Well, at least we found our long term catcher. A left handed power hitting catcher.
