I usually don't mind the cold, but the ice on the ground is is dangerous. I should stop being a wuss, bundle up, and walk in the cold. I will say, it's easier to run in the cold than walk, because your body warms up while you're running. I used to take my dog for walks in the cold and it wasn't easy. |

I have a neighbor whose like 70 and he walks year around, just bundles up. Makes me feel stupid for not walking in the cold. But I'm always scared of catching a cold or runny nose.
