I'm going to try to wait till next week to start walking again but I couldn't resist ordering the shoes.  Hah! You actually ordered them before me! Don't get too eager. What made you get the ghosts? |

And thanks chiyankee for the shoe recommendation! I went with the Ghosts instead of the Adrenaline's after reading some good things about it online, but I don't think you can go wrong with either one. |

The ghosts are Neutral running shoes better for me who has a natural gait vs the Adrenalines which are a Stability shoe better for those low arches or moderate lateral movement.
