How long are you planning to walk when you start rizz? Don't make the same mistake as me and go 5 miles on your first walk!  To and from the refrigerator, then a little farther the second day. I'm not really sure - probably will do time rather than distance to begin. Depends on the playlist I put together or the podcast I'm listening to. |
