Figured since we have a NBA thread (which to me is liking watching traffic), it would be OK to add a NHL thread.
Any Rangers fans out there?? They have been playing great, and in particular goalie Igor Shesterkin!!
He has been standing on his head to make save after save. He's been their MVP, in my opinion. And his name is fun to say.

I'm a Penguins fan so I'll never root for the Rangers or any of those old Patrick Division teams, but Igor is certainly a goalie that can ride to a Stanley Cup. He's that dominate.

I post this in another threads that many are not likely to see it. With less than a minute left in a tied playoff game (Rangers/Hurricanes), ESPN abruptly switched to the Avalanche /Stars. That was so annoying. ESPN was fortunate no goals were scored in the brief interruption, otherwise all hell would break loose. Rangers prevails in OT...  |

Not only fun to say but hard to spell. Those Nordic/Russian players have difficult names to pronounce. Spelling is especially difficult when the need arises to post NHL stuff.  |

Rangers looking bad trailing toward 3rd period. I had in my mind to necessitate a game 7. Then unbelievably, Kreider deliver that hat trick for Rangers to take the lead. Canes fans was stund. What an exhilarating win! Rangers punched their ticket toward Eastern conference final!!!

Panthers will be bearing up tonight. Lets not put all the weight on Igor. |
