whoa....this is one I don't understand....we need another outfielder? I do think in the short term between the injuries to Judge and Frazier (and Ellsbury, if anyone remembers him) and the trades of McKinnon and Austin they do. But not someone paid that well who is on the wrong side of their career arc. More of either a short term need or someone who can be part of the mix going forward I would think. McCutchen doesn’t fit the need. I would think the Yanks are just kicking the tires there.

I should know better than to drop a Tab of Acid with just 24-hours or so left in the Trade Deadline.
I am confused????
What happen...? I cannot keep track of who went & whom we got???
I just keep seeing Giggling Giant Butterflies the Size of Elephants with Beautiful Naked Ethiopian Gals riding on their backs...
I forgot to feed Tequila her late night snack and she is pissed.
Please someone list for me all the trades....

Cameron Maybin off the board thankfully. To the Mariners. Good. No need to touch that mediocrity.

He only makes me sneeze And then it makes it hard to find the door Rumors also say Curtis Granderson is a target...meh...not much better. Love him as a man, but at 37 there isn't that much baseball left in him...

Yes, Kinsler is still a bit of a better player than his OPS. And that wall does strange things to players stat line. On the other hand, the exchange of the injured Devers for a dose of Noonie at third is quite a drop off, even with Devers suffering a bit of sophomore jinx this season. Noonie's best days were never the ones when he played third base, as I recall...I remember a lot of balls that never found the first baseman's mitt...So the black hole has simply rotated over to third base for a while... Not sure that hes actually that much better than his numbers indicate. Hes 36 now and has been this quality of player for 1000 PAs now. But you are right...who knows what being a RHB in Fenway has in store. Sorry, didn't mean as a hitter. He's a good influence for young players and he's still okay afield. I'd say his range is still better than Walker's at 2B for sure...and he's a better utility guy than Walker would be...

Now with Happ catching Hand, Foot and Mouth disease (the second MLB Player to do so within 2-weeks), I will:
1. No longer shake hands 2. No longer share a Joint 3. Will never ever use someone's else towel 4. Will not kiss a girl unless she washes the inside of her mouth & lips with Listerine for at least 30-seconds and washes her hands in front of me 5. Will wash my hands 25 times a day 6. Will wear a sign: "Please Do Not Touch Me" 7. Will no longer kiss a woman's feet 8. Will never touch a Cow again 9. Will wash my Mouth out with Listerine 5 times a day and wash my feet 5 times a day 10. Will Pay Happ's expenses to go to the WH and shake Donald's Hand.
