Volpe gets a 1st pitch slider, waist high, outside corner, lines it to right center, Castro runs in, catches, thinks there's already two out, and runs it off, allowing Torres to tag and score without a real play, 2-0 Yanks on the mental boo-boo by Castro. 2-0 Yanks!!

And then Castro, angry at the fans or himself or both, fires it high into the stands behind him for some reason.

Stroman threw 9 in his "dominant" 1-2-3 first inning.
Kepler, Correa and Castro for the Twins in the 2nd.

What would the rule be if Castro had chucked the ball into the stands with two outs? Two base advance?
You would think that the Twins would at least find a way to move Castro to a corner. Kepler had played CF before. If not we’ll, at least not stupidly… sheesh…

So far Stroman is doing what he does best. Tempting hitters and letting them get good swings but not quite squaring him up… it’s not an easy way to pitch, but it’s all he’s got…
