Whoever this announce is with Kay, they need a new one. Frazier isn't Carlos Beltran level bad as an announcer but he isn't good either. Beltran was horrible. I couldn't even listen to him. |

Splitter outside middle, fly to right, not very deep, Haniger comes in a couple of steps, catches, 1 down.

I thought Joe Girardi, Paul O’Neil, David Cone and Jeff Nelson were going to be the announcers this year. Girardi and Nelson do double duty when they aren't working for YES. Girardi does Cub games and Nelson the Marlins. |

FB near the top of the zone, swung on and missed, 1-1
Gleyber takes his timeout.
Same FB almost in the same spot, he fouls it off, back to back big HR swings come up empty, 1-2. Late and under both.
Splitter low, 2-2
FB thigh high inner 3rd, taken for no good reason, ꓘ, 2 down.

Splitter tails well outside 1-1
FB misses just outside thigh high, 2-1. Raleigh tried to pull it up, but it was outside.
FB just outside and below middle, rolled over to Polanco at 2nd, throws him out.
Not exactly a fast inning, but not much resistance, either. 1-2-3 on 13 pitches, and 26 through 2 for Miller.
Top 3, 2-0 Yanks.
Urias, then back to the top for Crawford and Rodriguez for the M's in the 3rd

Sinker misses way outside, came sidearm went back to the screen 1-2
FB inner half above the waist, fouled back, and it's another long at bat.
Change sails way outside, 2-2
Cutter low, 3-2
FB in the zone, fouled off.
8th pitch of the at bat coming. If Nestor can't figure a way around their frustration tactics, he's not making it through 5 tonight.
Slider down the middle, and Urias misses early for the K.
That worked but I can't recommend that as a frequent solution.

Another long at bat...No answers for Nestor yet.
Swings under the cutter up and in, another K, but 6 more pitches uses, and he's at 66 now with 2 outs in the 3rd.
