Panarin finally got loose for a shot from about 20 feet, right side of Bobrovsky, but the puck spun off the toe of his blade and he only got a weak shot on goal.

Higgy gets a cutter letter high down the middle, misses under it, 0-1

So he throws another one just about as high, but 3-4 inches further outside and Higgy chases for the K to get out of the jam.

Rangers get another PP, but are rapidly accomplishin nothing, Panthers all over them. Rangers try to make multiple passes, but they try another across the high slot, and of course, the Panthers block it and break it up. You can't get away with that against Florida, they're too big and movile defensively. power play ends, quietly.

Cutter at the top dribbled down the 3rd base line, Musgrove races over, barehands but the throw is offline and late, leadoff infield single for Trevino
