I grew up in the south, but thank whoever that my mother grew up in New England and never cooked okra. Of course, everything we ate was cooked to death. I love gumbo, but would not eat okra by itself. Broccoli, cauliflower and lima beans can all rot in hell. I eat the bottom stalks on broccoli. Well cooked and not too thick.. |

It shouldn't be lost here but that was a terrible at bat by Stanton. Hope its Martian season soon and Stanton can grab some pine. |

Got a change down the middle and missed under it. That's what bad hitters do. Or, batters who are trying to adjust to lost bat speed, who are far less selective and can't afford to simply concede an early strike down the middle. |

Sounds wonderful! There's at least three things in there that Inger won't even try. I'm not sure about the bed of rice. Inger might try a futon of rice or more likely a small ottoman of rice. I eat rice. 21 games in a row for 🦊! Back now. I prefer white, which is not good for me… Ever had black rice? Lundberg farms produce it in California. |
