Rangers still down 2-1 with just under 6 minutes left...
FB misses inside, Sandoval wanted it, but it missed by 2 inches or so.
FB to the top of the zone, taken, 2-1
Change low, 3-1
Slider into the top at the middle, Gleyber is early and takes a big hack and misses, 3-2
Same pitch more or less, Gleyber tries to hold back but still misses for the K. 1 down

As much as I'm sad to see this Rangers' run coming to an end, at least I'm not as sad as my Rangers fan friend who follows the Mets in the summer. WTF is going on in Queens? Cohen will be motivated to spend buckets to incur Soto's service. He needs to do something to tamper the wrath of Mets fans. |

As much as I'm sad to see this Rangers' run coming to an end, Isn't the series tied coming into tonight? The series is indeed tied, but the Panthers have been the much better team in about 80% of the playing time. I don't see Rangers finding a way to win games 6 and 7. |

For a team that works you physically, having someone on the bench who only plays 2:43 so far in the game is a liability. It forces everyone else to play tired.

Then that's a coaches' decision error, either play him more, or bench him before the game. Bennett gets an empry netter with 1:52 left, and this one is over. And so is the series, I think. And the season. |
