Splitter thigh high, outside corner, hit high to deep left, Verdugo misjudges, turns the wrong way and the ball lands behind him on the track for a RBI double, 6-2 Yanks. A very rare misplay by Verdugo there.

Yeah, me too. Estrada takes a sinker inside, then gets under a cutter at the high outside corner, pops to Verdugo in medium left, he moves toward the line and catches, inning over. Top 7, 6-2 Yanks. 14 pitches for Stroman in the 6th, 72 through 6. Jackson in to pitch the 7th for the Giants, he'll face Art Sing, then back to the top for Volpe and Soto. |

Slider backs up way outside, 2-0
Fb misses inside below the waist, 3-0
Takes the FB near middle letter high, 3-1
Slider down the middle, hit hard but high to deep left center but Matos runs it down near the track with a backhand grab.
That's Art's "hit" for this week.

Volpe tops a knee high slider to Brooks, who fields off the bag, and barely beats Volpe back there for the 2nd out.

Curve misses low to Soto, 1-0
Slider misses outside 2-3 inches, so, of course, it's called strike 1.
I'm convinced that not only do I not kown where the edges of the plate are, neither does Hudson.
Slider outer 3rd, rolled over to Estrada, throws out Soto, inning over.
1-2-3 for Jackson on 9 pitches.
Bottom 7, 6-2 Yanks.
4-5-6 for the Giants, Chapman, Bailey and Soler.
