Sinker tails well off the plate away, called a strike anyway. Bad call, missed by 4 inches.
Sinker down the middle, but Verdugo misses, fouling it off, 0-2
Splitter bounced over the inner 3rd, taken, 1-2
Splitter bounced way inside makes Verdugo skip rope as it bounces back to the screen for a wild pitch, Judge to 2nd with 2 down, 2-2 on Verdugo
Hangs the slider down the middle, but Verdugo is early and on top, pulls it foul off 1st.
Sinker inner 3rd, but Verdugo gets the hands in, hits it hard up the middle...right where Wisely is playing right behind 2nd, fields and throws Verdugo out, inning over.
Bottom 1, 0-0
Yanks didn't get much done offensively, but they did make Hicks throw 23 pitches in the 1st.

They just changed the call on the Judge grounder from an error to a single.

Slider outside at the knees, 2-1
Gaemday doesn't have the hit yet, still an error there.
Sinker misses about 5 inches outside at the knees, bad call, called strike 2. Not even close.
Forces him to swing at the slider about 4-6 inches outside, soft chop to Volpe, fields, throws him out, 1 down.

I was there back in 2005. Probably the most gorgeous baseball stadium. Yep..was there in '14...think it was AT&T then. Saw Chapman pitch when he was with the Reds. I haven't been to Oracle Park, but I have been to Pacific Bell Park, SBC Park and AT&T Park several times. Pac Bell was my favorite. |

Grisham gets the start. I guess you have to take the trash out once a week. Well, he's already had his hit this month. Will have to wait til tomorrow or after for his next one. |

Estrada takes a thigh high slider near middle, 0-1 Slurve way outside, 1-1 Slurve closer to the corner but still outside, Estrada checks but not in time, 1-2 Slider on the corner away, thigh high, lined to left for a 2 out single. Not a cutter, Paulie, a slider. |
