No irrigation system...must be "natural" landscaping. Extremely. Weeds and Chico shrubs. A few cacti. 7-8 blades of grass. Aspens, a fir tree, a couple lilacs… Makes sense...ridiculous to try to grow and maintain a bluegrass lawn there. Believe it or not, there are some out here who insist on doing so. Such a waste...

I don’t even have permit to water outside, although there is no one checking to see if I do. And I do a bit. Mostly with a watering can, but my trees need a boost too, so I do help them out…

So, regular mowing was required. Shortly after moving to Colorado I seriously looked at buying a place in Park County, but it would've been too difficult to commute to Denver in the winter months.

Pretty long haul. I did 80 miles each way on 1-25 for a few months before I just couldn’t do it any more…

I spent most of my career in outside sales, so driving those distances was normal for me...even in New York. Spent a lot of time in my car.

Grisham had a chance to do both and couldn't get it done. The only guy who brought a bat to the game last night was #99...and maybe Volpe. His leadoff at bat turned out to be a big play in the game. I was thinking about this morning. That pitch Volpe flied out on in the bottom of the first might have been the best pitch to hit of Yamamoto all night.

Often piling up 200-300, even 350 miles per day. It was different though. No Denver traffic. Not the same place every day…

I'd much rather drive 100 miles of open road to visit prospects/customers than 50 miles of bumper-to-bumper freeway traffic, which is what Colorado Springs-Denver often is.
