FB outside middle fouled off, 1-1, got away with one there.
FB inside makes him jackknife a bit, 2-1
Curve at the knees, inner 3rd, fouled, 2-2
FB above and inside middle, but he pulls it to Torres, who goes to a knee to make sure of the catch, gets up, throws him out, inning over.
Great shutdown inning in the 1st for Poteet, a 1-2-3 on 16 pitches with 2 grounders and a BB, none hit particularly hard.

takes a FB that maybe brushed the corner away, near the top, gets the Soto-call, ball 1
Slider well outside 2-0
FB to the outside corner below waist, fouled, 2-1
Slider away nubbed to the right side of the mound, Lynch has to completely spin around from his falloff to backhand it with his glove and glove flip it to 1st to get Soto, Volpe to 2nd with 1 down.
