As is obvious, I made it back in time from the doctor and lunch.
Braves lead the O's at the moment, 3-0, going to the bottom of the 4th in Baltimore. O's have been a comeback team all season, so that one is long from over.

How’s the plantar fasciitis Chi? Any better? It's getting a lot better but I still can't run. I tried one mile on Monday morning and the paid came back to my foot. It's so frustrating but I need to be patient with it. That sucks, Chi. Sounds frustrating for sure. I know you miss the running. Maybe time to hit the weights and become a muscle man in the mean time! |
