d'arnaud goes oppo. 7-3. thought stroman was gonna get through the inning. but a great 6.2 righting the ship. now up to the pen. tonkin in.

Bad sinker waist high, middle out, d'Arnaud goes with it to the ShortPorch in the uh...well...short Porch in right, 2 run HR makes it a 7-3 game.
And that's all for Stroman, a solid effort, 3 runs and 3 hits in 6 2/3 innings. He leaves leading 7-3.
And just for the IdiotSmoltz, that ShortPorch HR would be a HR in 17 of 30 MLB parks, INCLUDING THE ONE IN ATLANTA, now called WTF? Truist Park??

stroman deserved better. probably 2 pitches in the ozuna AB were 2 strikes and gleyber doesn't turn the DP. oh well ...

Stroman should have been out of the inning, except for a bad call by the umpire and a bobble by Torres. That pitch seemed to leak back over and D'Arnaud put a good swing on it.

Slider hangs near middle fouled hard off Wells, who bounces up and down in pain. HP ump giving him some time to walk it off.
