Zone up, if it's a curve take it.
Lays in a good moving sinker inner third thigh high.
Sinker dives down and in, ball 4.
Great job, Volpe. Gets Soto up with 2 outs and nobody on.

Curve drops onto the outer half waist high, check swing, foul. Aarrggg. Hate check swiung fouls.
Big slow curve a tiny bit lower, swung over, 0-2
Curve was supposed to be low, but he hung it high into the top, Soto fouls it back. Dang.
FB about 3 inches above the zone, near middle, tomahawks a line drive single in front of Laureano. Hit so hard, no chance to send Cabrera, not that you would with nobody out and Judge coming up.

Curve dives low on the outer 3rd, Judge can't check in time, 0-1
Curve dives outside, he takes this one, 1-1
Curve drops to the middle, thigh high, and Judge misses badly, tops it to short with crazy top-spin, takes a weird hop, but still turns an easy 6-4-3 DP to break up the rally, Cabrera scores, Volpe to 3rd, 3-1 Yanks, but...disappointing. Had a chance to crush Morton and take command of this one.

FB thigh high outside corner, Verdugo slaps it to the left of 2nd, but that's where Arcia is, easy play to 1st, inning over.
Yanks may have caust to regret minimizing their maximize that inning, scoring just one with bases loaded nobody out and 3-4-5 ue in.
Top 4, 3-1 Yanks.
Just 15 pitches for Morton in that inning, thanks to the DP and 1 pitch groundout, and 44 through 3.
3-4-5 for the Braves: Ozuna, Olson and Riley. A stern test for Stroman.
