That's nuts. Even more so considering how good they were the first two months. Everyone just lost the ability to get guys out at the same time. |

Sinker bounced over home, 2-2
Sinker waist high, inner 3rd, hammered to the left side, but DJ scrambles down to his left, spears it almost behind him, wheels around and throws him out, inning over.
Top 8, 11-2 Mets.

I mean, we didn't think much of this rotation before the season, and we all hoped they could tread water until Holmes got back. The rotation looked like 5 #4-5 starters before the season, and pitched great for over two months, but the K/BB numbers told us that Stroman, Rodon wouldn't keep going that well, and the league now has a book on Gil, so Blake has a lot of work to do.

FB waist high, outer 3rd, fouled, 1-2
Sinker misses low, outside middle, 2-2
FB up and in, pulled way down the line but way foul
Slider well outside, 3-2
Sinker low, outside middle, bounced softly down 3rd, DJ comes around, scoops and throws, but has no play, Torrens easily beats it for a hit. 1st and 2nd, nobody out.

Sinker in almost the same spot, driven to deep right center, Grisham shows off, turns his back to the play, then turns around near the track where he thinks it'll be, comes in a step or two, catches, 1 down, Alonso tags and moves to 3rd.
