During post game remarks, noticed a bottle of Caymus on Boone's table. At least he has great taste in wine. Perhaps my favorite California Cab, at least top 5. He needs it watching this bullpen pitch.

That seems really unlikely at this point. Why ? Toronto is a last place team. The way we're playing, and pitching in particular, I don't have much confidence in them beating anybody. Maybe they wake up.

It's tough to post in here at times after losses as I'm working on trying to be less of a negative person after games. Trying to learn a bit from my time on previous message boards.
With that said, this stretch is rough to watch. Losing series hurt. Feel like Cashman needs to feel more heat than anyone for the holes in the team.
Seems like more grandiose moves need to be made because outside of Volpe, Soto, and Judge, the rest of the team feels limp.
Just another reason why I'm also disappointed that Jasson isn't ready to play either.

I put a list earlier in the thread and they haven't lost a series to a sub 500 team all year and have the most wins against teams over 500 as well as an almost + 100 run differential. Things should balance out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

And, as I posted earlier this is the same team that dominated up until a week or so ago, with the obvious exception of Stanton.

It's up to the pitching staff. When they turnaround, the team will turn it around. our 4-9 hitters need to step up too, I'd think. During this steak 1 3 6 4 10 11 3 8 4 3 2 6 5 1 3 3 7 2 4.5 runs per 7-11 record That's not terrible run production. If you look at alot of the Yankee wins they win because even when they get behind the pitching has been able to shut other teams down. I remember not that long ago they had like barely any losses when scoring 3 or more? Now they've piled on multiple losses here where they've scored more than that. Pitching def is important to this teams success. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

We’re simply living we it’s the result of having gone through a lengthy stretch of every body staying hot at once. When everybody is hot at once, everybody cools off at once. It gets ugly. Then, one Ot two guys start to hit, and it’s contagious…
We’ll be back…

Knicks sign OG for 5 years! It might sound silly because of the amount of money Bridges earns, but his contract compared to the contracts of other players with his level of talent probably helped the Knicks re-sign OG.

The Yankees are in a bit of a rut, not a big deal. The Yankees could use a strikeout reliever/Closer, but I'm confident that eventually the Yankees Starting Pitchers will start to pitch well. I don't care if he goes 0-12, Rice should be playing everyday.

I don't care if he goes 0-12, Rice should be playing everyday. Rodon is done, Cole may be done, Gil is either figured out or tired, the bullpen is injured and exposed. Rice looks like a butcher at 1st Base so far and Gleyber has been replaced with Jah Jones
