Gleyber at his absolute worst is still a better hitter than Jones. The Yankees needs to starting winning, play the best players. True. Think Boone is trying to get a message across to Gleyber. Considering his pouting yesterday, it may take awhile. Boone has been their buddy for years and now, when the team is struggling he's laying down the law. |

Slurve to the low outside corner, Volpe lunges and drops the top hand, backhands a bouncer to the left of 2nd, gets through for a leadoff single.
