Not really relevant yet, in relatively few at bats. A pitcher in the 1950's named BoB Buhl once went 0-73 in a season, I think. Volpe fouls off a FB inside, shouldn't be chasing that. lol, was Mr. Buhl a pitcher? |

Judge takes a FB in the zone low/away, 0-1
Splitter at the knees, gets a small piece at the bottom, 0-2. 5-10% on Gameday
Bounces a split, 1-2
Comes sets, then steps off and looks at Grisham at 2nd, just a way to give himself a reset.
Splitter starts outside, tails just low in the middle swung over, K, 2 down.

Now, we hold our collective breath on Cole...

Springer, Varsho and Jansen for the Jays in the 2nd.

In the AL Central, the Guardians have won 7 of 10, and are at the midway point in 1st with a 52-29 record. The Twins and Royals have both split their last 10, and are 9 over and 7 over respectively, trail the Guardians by 7 and 8 games, respectively. The Tigers continue to slowly sink; they've lost 4 in a row and 7 out of 10, and are now 9 games under, 9 behind the Royals, 10 behind the Twins and 17 behisd Clevland. The White Sox have actually won 3 in a row, and are buried in 5th, 37 games under, 14 out of 4th, 22 out of 3rd, 23 out fo 2nd and 30 games out of first. |
