Change misses up and away, 2-1
Fouls off a waist high FB inside corner.
Swings over a slider down and in for the K, 2 down.

Rodon gets paid way too much. At this rate I would like to see him traded for a true closer. The only way he is so bad now after a great start is because he is a head case. Don’t see that getting any better

FB hits the high outwide corner, taken, 2-1
Slider in the zone down and in, fouled
Change outside, waist high, chases and fouls
Slider on the back door, thigh high, spoils it
Slider just inside thigh high, fouled
Same slder outside waist high, fouled again
9th pitch of the at bat coming.
Change tails far enough outside so that Espinal doesn't chase, ball 3.
Slider in the drop the bat happy zone, down and in, misses just under, high fly to left into the corner, Verdugo runs into the tiny foul ground, catches, and collides with the wall, haning on, inning finally over. Fine play, and it looks like he'll be OK>
Bottom 2, 2-0 Reds.
20 pitches in the 2nd, 35 through 2 for Rodon.

Change in the zone, low/away, fouled, 1-2
Fb up and in jams him a tiny bit, and his fliner to center stays up for Fairchild, 1 down.

FB misses outside letter high, 1-2
Sweeper dives across the zone, winds up inside, and he hits a fliner to left venter, caught by Steer, 2 down. Not hit that hard.
