Change misses low in the middle, 1-0
Cutter right down the middle, hit hard but on the ground to India, he bobbles, has plenty of time to recover, throws out Rice as Grisham goes to 3rd with 2 down.

Believe it or not, Soto has never faceed Martinez before.
Takes a FB high, then shows Cabrera what to do with a hanging change down the middle, belts it to the ambulance runway, left of center, 2 run HR and it's now 8-4 Reds. Yay.

Takes a slider in the zone down and in, 0-1
Sinker running inside ties him up, he grounds it to Marte, who throws him out to end the inning.
Yanks get two back, still trail by 4.
Top 8, 8-4 Reds.
Fairchild, Dunn and Stephenson, 7-8-9 for the Reds in the 8th, not sure against whom.

Unfortunately, the ambulance crews are no longer able to watch the games from the runway. I watched a couple of games in the old stadium from the ambulance runway. |

Slider down and in, fouled off Wells again, bounced off the ground hits him on the high thigh near the cup.
Slider waist high, inside corner, late and under, popped near the Yankee dugout, but Rice calls off Wells, who raced over and catches, 2 down.

Slider just outside, thigh high, tries to check, but the 1st base ump rings him up, 1-1
Sinker low on the outer 3rd, 2-1
Slider on the outside corner, waist high, hit sharply toward the 56 hole, but Cabrera dives to his left, spears it, gets up and throws a strike to Rice to end the inning.
Yanks finally get a 1-2-3 inning from the Reds, but are still down 8-4, going bottom 8.
Verdugo, Torres and Volpe for the Yanks in the 8th.
